Contact Pebble Creek
Where does Pebble Creek provide recurring lawn care?

Our recurring mowing and routine property-care routes focus on Nixa, Ozark, and South Springfield.

How far do you travel for landscaping projects?

Landscaping and one-time project work may be available in Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Rogersville, Branson, Springfield, Highlandville, Clever, Billings, Aurora, Battlefield, Sparta, Strafford, and Willard. Availability depends on the project scope, access, travel, and schedule.

Are estimates free?

Yes. Pebble Creek provides free onsite estimates so we can see the property, understand the work, and recommend a clear scope before service begins.

Do I need to be home for an estimate?

No. If we can access the exterior and clearly understand what you want quoted, you do not need to be home. For projects involving design choices or details that are easier to discuss onsite, meeting us at the property can be helpful.

What happens when it rains?

If rain or saturated ground prevents safe, responsible mowing, your visit is automatically moved to the next workable day.

Do gates need to be unlocked?

Yes. Please unlock every gate needed to reach the service area before the crew arrives so the full property can be completed.

What should I do with pets on service day?

Keep pets indoors or safely separated from the work area while the crew is present. Please also pick up pet waste and remove toys, hoses, and other loose items from the lawn before service.

What is the difference between weekly and biweekly mowing?

Weekly mowing is recommended for most actively growing lawns because it maintains a more consistent height and appearance. Biweekly service may fit slower-growing properties or certain times of year, but the lawn will grow longer between visits.

What happens to the grass clippings?

Grass clippings are finely and thinly mulched over the lawn. This returns organic material to the grass without leaving heavy piles behind.

How does billing work?

Recurring service is billed monthly, with scheduling and billing coordinated by Reagan. Payment timing for landscaping and one-time projects is confirmed in the written estimate.

Can I skip a mowing visit?

Yes, but please contact Pebble Creek at least five days before the scheduled visit so we can adjust the route properly.

Are materials included in landscaping estimates?

Yes. Landscaping materials are included in the written estimate so the quoted scope reflects the material and work needed for the project, unless an estimate specifically states otherwise.

Do you work with both homes and commercial properties?

Yes. We serve residential customers and selected commercial properties with recurring grounds maintenance and project-based exterior work.

Can I request a one-time project?

Yes. Depending on scope and scheduling, Pebble Creek handles selected landscaping, mulch and bed work, shrub care, cleanup, debris removal, and other exterior property projects.

What is a Property Care Membership?

A membership is a recurring service plan billed monthly. Essential covers regular mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. Other levels add scheduled landscape and seasonal care. Your written quote confirms what is included.

How soon can service begin?

Timing depends on the service, route availability, weather, and project scope. After the onsite estimate, we will explain the next available scheduling window and confirm the plan before work begins.

How do I apply to work with Pebble Creek?

Visit the Careers page and complete the in-house application. Your information is saved privately for the owner to review for current or future opportunities.
