Our hope is in Jesus Christ.
Created and loved by God.
We believe God created us to know Him and live in relationship with Him. Every person has worth and is deeply loved by God.
Sin separates us from Him.
All of us have sinned—turned away from God in our thoughts, choices, and actions. Sin damages our relationship with Him and with one another. We cannot repair that separation simply by trying harder or doing enough good things.
Jesus gave His life—and rose again.
We believe Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came to rescue us. He lived without sin and willingly died on the cross for our sins. He rose from the dead, defeating sin and death and opening the way for us to be forgiven and reconciled to God.
Salvation is a gift of grace.
We receive salvation through faith in Jesus, not by earning it. Repentance means turning from sin toward God. We place our trust in what Jesus has done and follow Him as Lord. Good works are a response to His love, not the price of His acceptance.
A new life, with guidance along the way.
Following Jesus is the beginning of a growing relationship. We look to the Bible for truth, turn to God in prayer, and rely on the Holy Spirit to guide and change us. A local church helps us learn, worship, serve, and walk alongside other believers.
