Choose your schedule.
- Weekly Recommended
- One planned visit each Monday–Sunday service week. We aim for the same weekday; completed cuts may be 5–9 days apart.
- Biweekly
- Every two weeks. Best when grass grows slowly; grass gets longer between cuts.
- Monthly
- For large commercial properties or fields.
Pay after each completed mow.
New per-cut plans automatically charge your saved card after completed service. Skipped visits are not billed. Memberships and existing agreements follow their own billing terms.
Repeated skips may lead to a proposed biweekly schedule or price. We’ll notify you and get approval before a change; you can decline and cancel without penalty.

Keep the property tidy when mowing slows down.
Your usual mowing price per completed visitBiweekly upkeep. Billed per completed visit, not monthly.
For 2026, winter care is a separate opt-in. Mowing customers are not automatically enrolled.
Light upkeep, as needed.
- Small-stick and scattered-litter pickup; blowing hard surfaces.
- Light leaf clearing in maintained beds.
- Scattered hand-weeding and displaced-mulch tidying.
- Minor, seasonally appropriate shrub upkeep.
What’s separate?
Whole-lawn leaf mulching, leaf removal or hauling, snow and ice work, gutter cleaning and major debris cleanup are not included. Ask for a separate estimate.

Before we arrive
Unlock gates, keep pets away from the work area, and clear toys, hoses, furniture, and pet waste from the lawn.
Rain delays
If rain or wet ground keeps us from mowing, we move your visit to the next day we can safely work.
Skipping a mow
New per-cut mowing plans let you skip or cancel anytime without penalty. Contact us as early as practical; completed visits remain payable. Your signed agreement confirms your terms.
Grass clippings
We cut clippings into small pieces and spread them over the lawn. They feed the soil without leaving piles.
