Window cleaning is included unless your accepted quote explicitly excludes it. Interior and exterior windows must be safely reachable; the onsite technician assesses safety and access at each service. Exterior cleaning is limited to the first floor.

Optional winter care.
Choose winter care separately for October–March. Essential upkeep uses your usual mowing price per completed visit; upgrade plans add seasonal leaf mulching and scoped ice care. Mowing replaces upkeep when it resumes.
Examples below use an example property with up to 10,000 sq ft of mowable lawn and a usual $45 per weekly mowing visit. Final price and scope are quoted on site. Estate remains an annual consultation plan; no existing annual agreement changes automatically.

- Extra window cleanings beyond the Estate summer allowance
Your signed plan has the final say on areas, materials, visits, and extra costs. Work beyond our safe limits may need another company.
