Essential is summer-only. Winter is optional for Standard, Complete, and Premier, and required for Estate. Your written agreement confirms the final scope, allowances, and exclusions.
How memberships work
Scheduled care. Simple monthly billing.
Your membership sets out the work we handle and how often we visit, with recurring care billed monthly. You do not need to book each included visit separately. Choose regular mowing or a plan that includes more landscape and seasonal upkeep.
We quote your property individually and confirm the schedule, included services, seasonal coverage, and any separately priced work in writing.

Property care when mowing season ends.
Essential is summer-only. Standard, Complete, and Premier can continue into winter; Estate is a required year-round membership.
Standard Winter
- Storm and ice-condition monitoring
- Salt / ice-melt service as needed, material included
- Basic visual check for downed limbs, minor storm damage, or obvious property issues
- Customer notification when an issue is found
Priority included service and discounted additional leaf cleanup.
Complete Winter
- Everything in Standard Winter
- 2 leaf-mulching or cleanup visits
- Minor limb and debris pickup with those visits
Priority scheduling and discounted extra leaf visits.
Premier Winter
- Condition monitoring, salt service, and property checks
- Photo updates when useful
- Up to 4 leaf-mulching or cleanup visits
- Minor debris cleanup
- Ongoing gutter inspections and 1 cleaning if the yearly allowance was not used
- Additional post-weather checks
- Snow shoveling for primary sidewalks, walkways, and entries within scope
Priority winter and storm scheduling with high-touch seasonal care.
Estate Winter
- Condition monitoring and salt service
- Monthly leaf mulching or cleanup as needed
- Minor debris pickup
- Monthly blowing of primary pedestrian hard surfaces
- Monthly gutter and downspout checks plus 1 cleaning if unused
- Winter shrub pruning and spring-ready touch-up
- Post-weather checks and photo notification
- Snow shoveling for primary sidewalks, walkways, and entries within scope
Highest priority, preferred additional-project pricing, and year-round continuity.
Snow shoveling is available; driveway shoveling is quoted separately. Full-driveway plowing is not included. Snow-shoveling areas, weather triggers, maximum service area, and extreme-storm exclusions are confirmed for the individual property in the written agreement.

- Additional or oversized exterior window cleaning beyond the Estate allowance
Your signed estimate or membership agreement controls the final property-specific service area, visit triggers, materials, allowances, and exclusions.
