Information we collect

We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, service address, property and service details, estimate responses, signatures, appointment selections, completion approvals, billing records, employment-application information, franchise-interest information, and messages you send us.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, send service updates, document completed work, obtain approvals, provide customer-account access, invoice and collect payment, evaluate employment applications and preliminary franchise interest, maintain business records, improve operations, and comply with legal obligations.

Website visit information

We use first-party website analytics to understand which public pages are visited and whether visitors use important website actions such as calling, requesting an estimate, paying a bill, leaving a review, or opening a recommended-product link. The analytics use a randomly generated session identifier and may record the public page, general referral source, campaign tag, device category, and time of the visit. We do not use this system to collect a visitor's name, email address, precise location, raw IP address, or cross-site browsing history.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website analytics use temporary browser storage, called session storage, to remember a visit identifier and how you reached the site as you move between pages. These details normally remain for the browser tab's session and are cleared when it closes, although restoring a browser session may restore them. Our analytics do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

You can clear or restrict cookies and site data through your browser settings. Some restrictions may affect website features. Clearing browser storage does not remove visit information already recorded by our analytics system; that information is covered by the retention practices below.

When you choose to pay online, you are directed to Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe uses cookies and similar technologies for payment features and fraud prevention. Its practices and available controls are described in Stripe's cookie information.

Text-message privacy

When you consent to text messages, we use your mobile number for the service-related communications described in our Texting Terms. Mobile opt-in information and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We may provide limited information to companies that help us operate the business, such as website hosting, messaging, payment, document-storage, and accounting providers. They may use the information only to provide services to Pebble Creek or as required by law. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly in the Pebble Creek operating system.

We retain records as reasonably needed to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain financial and safety records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
