Salt & ice-melt application
Request treatment for defined walking and entry areas. Surface suitability, material, application conditions and repeat visits are discussed in the quote.
Leaf mulching & cleanup
Mulch or clean up fallen leaves and pick up minor debris to keep the property maintained through winter. Visit frequency and any haul-off are identified in the chosen scope.
Winter property checks
Discuss condition monitoring and post-weather checks for your property. These are scoped visits, not a guarantee of continuous monitoring or emergency response.
Gutter inspection & quoted cleaning
Ask about reachable gutter inspection or cleaning where access and conditions are safe. Membership allowances and separately quoted work are confirmed before scheduling.
Winter membership continuation
Standard, Complete and Premier can continue into winter; Estate is year-round. Compare the actual service levels and have us recommend a plan for your property.

Work is scheduled under the agreed scope and adjusted when weather or unsafe conditions affect access and service.

Winter service requests focus on Nixa, Ozark and South Springfield, Missouri. Availability is checked by address and winter route capacity. Nearby properties may be considered, but coverage for a one-time landscape project does not automatically mean snow-service coverage.

Do you plow entire driveways or parking lots?
Large-scale driveway plowing is outside our normal scope, and full-driveway snow removal is not included in the winter membership plans. Snow shoveling is available, including separately quoted driveway areas. Membership shoveling covers only the sidewalks, walkways and entries listed in your agreement.
Will you come every time it snows?
Your written agreement defines the weather triggers, areas, timing expectations and exclusions. We do not automatically promise a visit for every snowfall or icy condition.
Does salt guarantee that a walkway is safe?
No. Conditions can change or refreeze, and ice-melt performance depends on the material, temperature and surface. Customers should continue to use ordinary winter caution.
Can I arrange winter service without a summer membership?
Send your address and the work you need. We can review a separately quoted winter request subject to availability; a summer membership is not a substitute for a confirmed winter scope.
When should I request a winter plan?
Contact us before you need the service so there is time to review access, route fit and expectations. Requests made during a storm are subject to capacity and safe working conditions.
