What’s included in ice care?
Weather and ice monitoring, with salt or ice melt as warranted on your quote-listed main walkway, front steps and entry. Standard materials are included. Driveway treatment is quoted separately. Ice treatment cannot make a surface slip-proof.
Property size, late starts & plan boundaries
Not sure of your size? We’ll check on site. Larger properties and late-season joins are individually quoted for the remaining leaf mulchings and any backlog.
Bundled care excludes snow shoveling, gutter cleaning, driveway ice treatment, large limbs, storm cleanup, major pruning, leaf removal and hauling. Premier gutter and downspout checks are ground-level visual checks only.
Estate remains an annual consultation plan. These options do not automatically change an existing annual agreement.
