CUSTOMER REFERRALS
Refer a new customer and earn credit toward your own mowing or landscaping labor.
You must be an active customer receiving recurring service when your referral is submitted. Share our public estimate page with a neighbor.
Your neighbor selects “Current Pebble Creek customer referral” and enters your full name. Later referral claims do not qualify.
The office verifies the customer match, completed service and payment. Trevor approves earned credit before it becomes available.
You can refer as many distinct new customers as you like. Each new customer earns one referral reward, based on their first qualifying service. Rewards do not stack when they buy other services.
Weekly: up to $50. Every other week: up to $25. The new customer’s frequency sets the cap.
Your reward cannot exceed either their first-cut price or your normal one-cut price. It is earned after their first qualifying paid cut.
If your cut is $55 and their first cut is $35, the weekly reward is $35. If yours is $35 and theirs is $55, it is still $35.
Total potential: the smaller of $200 or 100% of their first-cut value for weekly mowing, or 50% for every-other-week mowing.
Each qualifying paid visit earns up to your normal cut value, until that potential is reached. Continued paid visits are required.
A $200 biweekly commercial cut has $100 potential. With your normal cut at $50, two qualifying paid visits earn two $50 installments.
5% of the qualifying project value, with no dollar cap. Credit is earned after the job is completed, its final invoice is fully paid, and Trevor approves it.
A qualifying $200 project earns $10. A qualifying $8,000 project earns $400. The office confirms the qualifying project value before approving the reward.
Available credit applies toward mowing or up to the full labor charge for landscaping. Landscaping materials are excluded. The office confirms your approved balance before applying it. Pending rewards and commercial unearned potential are not available credit.
A temporary service pause holds credit. Skipping a week is not a cancellation. Cancelling recurring service permanently forfeits unused credit; restarting does not restore it.
Rewards currently require manual office review and approval; this website does not automatically post or apply credits. Approved credit is accounted for before the amount to pay is calculated. If eligibility, payment, refunds, disputes or credit records need review, the office resolves them before approving or applying credit.
